The SAWCAN Strategic Plan 2023–2028 was crafted to reflect the collective vision of five Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisations, uniting voices across the Eyre Peninsula and Far West Coast of South Australia. Designed with clarity and purpose, the plan highlights a roadmap for strengthening primary health care for over 5,500 Aboriginal people across the country. A project where design met strategy to support community, culture, and long-term impact.
